Forget myTrailhead, ourTrailhead revolutionises learning — utilising crowdsourcing and artificial intelligence techniques to deliver a learning experience based on how users actually work, freeing them from the yoke of corporate control.
With myTrailhead the content is defined by the elite before being launched on an unsuspecting proletariat. Gamification exploits the workers by encouraging them to learn things that they don’t need to carry out their duties, directly leading to an increase in surplus learning.
ourTrailhead socialises learning by automatically generating training content based on the processes that workers (the exploited) are actually carrying out, rather than those their employers (the exploiters) would like to dictate. Einstein monitors the activities of regular users and continually refines the content for the majority of unprivileged users, along with the necessary suppression of impact from the activities of the minority system administrators.
Badges from each according to their ability, to each according their need.
A core principal of ourTrailhead is that badges must be collectively owned, whereas private ownership is considered theft. This liberates the proletariat by abolishing competition and ensures all badges are earned for the greater good of society. Badges are evenly distributed across all users in the organisation rather than allowing the petite bourgeoisie to hoard badges for their own personal advancement.
Through this unique approach, ourTrailhead can deliver truly democratic learning, content by the people for the people.
If you are interested in becoming an early adopter of ourTrailhead, contact your Account Executive with details of your collective leadership structure. If your organisation is considered sufficiently democratically centralised, ourTrailhead will be enabled.
ourTrailhead is (and always will be) free of charge, as befits a social product to be distributed equally among all consumers.
